Role Overview

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations in our warehouse(s), ensuring that receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control run smoothly. You will lead a team, enforce safety & quality standards, and optimize processes to meet throughput, accuracy, and cost targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff: assign tasks, monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback

• Manage receiving, putaway, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping operations

• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy investigations

• Monitor KPIs like order accuracy, throughput, lead times, and shrinkage

• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in warehouse workflows

• Enforce safety standards, warehouse protocols, and company policies

• Lead training and development for warehouse personnel

• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to support cross‑functional requirements

• Resolve operational issues (e.g. delays, equipment breakdowns, staffing gaps) proactively

• Proven experience supervising warehouse or distribution operations

• Strong knowledge of warehouse workflows, inventory control, and logistics

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory tools

• Ability to analyze data, interpret KPIs, and take corrective actions

• Leadership skills with ability to train, motivate, and manage a team

• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills

• Detail oriented and process minded in a fast paced environment

• Knowledge of safety & compliance requirements in warehouse settings

Salary Range: $45 - $70 per hour
