    Warehouse Supervisor, Logistics / Operations
    Location: Palo Alto, CA (on‑site)
    Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

    Role Summary
    Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Lead a team to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency while driving continuous improvement in logistics performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and feedback.

    • Manage all warehouse activities including receiving, putaway, order fulfillment, and shipping.

    • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and variance resolution.

    • Monitor key metrics such as order accuracy, throughput, and shrinkage.

    • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce cost.

    • Enforce safety standards and warehouse policies.

    • Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to meet operational goals.

    • Resolve day-to-day issues related to staffing, scheduling, and equipment.

    Job requirements

    • Proven experience leading warehouse or distribution operations.

    • Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory management, and logistics.

    • Proficiency with WMS, ERP, or inventory tracking systems.

    • Ability to analyze operational data and act on performance trends.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    • Detail-oriented and process-driven in fast-paced environments.

    • Knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance standards.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Pay: $90,000-$115,000 + Equity
