The Role
Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes. Lead and develop a team to uphold high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics performance and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate cross-functionally to meet operational goals and ensure smooth supply chain execution.

You Will

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and feedback

• Manage all warehouse activities including receiving, putaway, order fulfillment, and shipping

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and variance resolution

• Monitor key metrics such as order accuracy, throughput, and shrinkage

• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce cost

• Enforce safety standards and warehouse policies

• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to meet operational goals

• Resolve day-to-day issues related to staffing, scheduling, and equipment

Must Have

• Proven experience leading warehouse or distribution operations

• Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory management, and logistics

• Proficiency with WMS, ERP, or inventory tracking systems

• Ability to analyze operational data and act on performance trends

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented and process-driven in fast-paced environments

• Knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance standards

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary Range: $90,000 – $145,000 + Equity
