    • Build internal platforms that support logistics, manufacturing, and service operations

    • Lead development of customer-facing apps for robot control, monitoring, and management

    • Ensure end-to-end system reliability, including performance, data integrity, and uptime

    • Set the technical direction, review critical code, and fix high-impact issues

    • Hire and mentor exceptional engineers who thrive on speed and precision

    • Collaborate with hardware, AI, and manufacturing teams to ensure integrated product functionality

    Job requirements

    Must Have

    • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years leading teams that ship production systems

    • Expertise in Python, Go, or C++, and experience deploying systems on AWS or GCP

    • Proven track record of designing systems that scale while maintaining performance and stability

    • Ability to debug complex systems, dive into production code, and make data-driven technical decisions

    • Relentless focus on execution, simplicity, and scalability

    • Experience in robotics, IoT, or real-time control systems strongly preferred

    Benefits & Compensation

    • Salary Range: $137,861 – $240,000 + Equity
