We are at the forefront of developing advanced humanoid robots designed for household use. Our mission is to create an abundant supply of labor via safe, intelligent humanoids. As we transition from R&D to full-scale manufacturing, we seek an experienced and motivated developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping us develop a user experience that delights our users. Collaborating closely with the broader product development teams, you will play a vital role in everything from wireframing to deployment. The ideal candidate will have a background in software engineering, with extensive expertise and experience in frontend development. We are looking for individuals with hands-on experience, and a proactive "get-things-done" attitude, who excel in both long-term strategic planning and day-to-day execution of practical tasks.

- perform prototype testing and evaluation with users
- work to implement rapid and constant improvements.

- contribute to shaping product development, based on our understanding of our customers wants and needs
Responsibilities:
- - Help establish and evolve our methodology for creating exceptional user experiences across our platforms.
- Be proactive and hands on through our journey of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of new features and improvements to user interfaces.
Job requirements
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of proven professional design experience, ideally from in-house technology development or consulting.
- Demonstrated and documented knowledge of how to develop consumer-grade user experiences.
- Technical proficiency in appropriate tools (Sigma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Balsamiq, Axure RP, Hotjar, Maze, UserTesting)
- A clear interest in how people act and think.
- Strong analytical, verbal and written skills
Nice-To-Haves:
- Experience in working on technology projects and with roboticists.
- Familiarity with implementing user testing frameworks to monitor user engagement and ensure product fit
- A degree in a design-adjacent field, such as psychology, sociology, cognitive science or economics.
