Senior Technical Recruiter - Mechanical

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineering Recruiter to support hiring across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering. This role will partner closely with hardware teams and provide strong day-to-day recruiting support while growing in scope and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering roles

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs

• Build and execute sourcing strategies across hardware and engineering talent pools

• Support candidate assessment and interview calibration across engineering roles

• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience

• Collaborate closely with hiring teams, providing consistent communication and support

• Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate pipelines

• 6+ years of experience recruiting for mechanical, electrical, or hardware engineering roles

• Basic understanding of systems engineering and multidisciplinary hardware teams

• Ability to partner closely with hiring managers and grow into a strong strategic partner

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously

• Willingness to learn and develop deeper technical recruiting expertise

• Experience in robotics, hardware, or manufacturing environments preferred

Compensation

At 1X your work and results will be rewarded with a total rewards package consisting of a base salary, stock options and benefits. Base salary range is $110,000 to $186,000. Your actual salary will be based on your knowledge, skills and experience.
