    The Role
    We are building the transactional backbone of our factory through a unified ERP and enterprise applications layer. As the Senior Manager of ERP & Enterprise Applications, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of all ERP and related systems across operations. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on architecture, sprint-based execution, and engineering rigor. You will build and lead a high-performing team to deliver scalable, high-integrity systems that enable the future of humanoid robotics manufacturing.

    ou Will

    • Own the full ERP and enterprise applications layer, including architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations across supply chain, manufacturing, quality, finance, and service

    • Build and manage a sprint-based execution roadmap in collaboration with process owners and stakeholders

    • Establish and lead a high-performing ERP engineering team with a strong focus on execution and delivery

    • Design and deliver new ERP features in two-week sprints, with production deployments beginning within the first month

    • Implement key capabilities such as traceability, serialization, inventory accuracy, production transactions, and workflow automation

    • Enforce disciplined sprint execution, continuous integration, and rapid deployment practices

    • Serve as the technical lead for architecture, code quality, debugging, and production support

    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

    • Create scalable planning, QA, deployment, and tooling processes to support a robust ERP platform

    • Establish architectural clarity and eliminate fragmentation across ERP and adjacent systems

    Job requirements

    Must Have

    • Deep technical expertise in ERP architecture and enterprise application development

    • Hands-on experience with Odoo or highly comparable ERP frameworks

    • Proficiency in Python and modern web technologies used in ERP extensions and front-end development

    • Ability to lead structured sprint planning and delivery pipelines

    • Expertise in data modeling, workflow engines, API design, and distributed systems

    • Proven success in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments

    • Demonstrated ability to hire, lead, and mentor high-performing engineering teams

    • Strong hands-on approach with excellent debugging and production support skills

    Benefits & Compensation

    • Salary Range: $170,000 – $220,000 + Equity
