You will ensure that business processes across Sales, Manufacturing, Service, Finance, and Supply Chain are well supported, by configuring, extending, and integrating our ERP platform. Your work will enable scalable, reliable, and efficient operations as we scale towards full‑scale manufacturing.

  • Design and build integrations with third‑party systems, including NetSuite for accounting/finance, microservices for requirements not natively supported, and APIs for internal tools and partner systems.

  • Develop custom ERP modules using Python and the Odoo framework, ensuring maintainability and compatibility with future upgrades.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Service, Finance) to gather requirements and translate those into technical solutions.

  • Optimize performance of ERP instance, database queries, and external/internal integrations for reliability and speed.

  • Establish and enforce best practices for ERP development: version control, automated testing, deployment processes.

  • Drive adoption of standards and tooling to support scalable growth of the ERP environment.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • At least 3 years working with Odoo (community or enterprise edition), including customization and module development.

  • Experience designing ERP architectures that support cross‑functional business processes.

  • Hands‑on experience in system integrations (e.g. REST APIs, webhooks, middleware).

  • Experience integrating accounting systems (such as NetSuite) with ERP.

  • Familiarity with workflows in manufacturing, inventory management, and service operations.

  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with containerization (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) for ERP deployment.

  • Knowledge of microservice architectures and ability to build supporting services outside the ERP.

  • Experience with continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines in ERP software projects.
