Role Overview
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and ensure a seamless experience for every candidate and hiring stakeholder. In this role, you’ll manage interview logistics, coordinate across multiple teams, and help keep our recruiting operations running smoothly. You’ll play a vital part in delivering an outstanding candidate experience while supporting process improvements across the board. This is a high-ownership, detail-oriented role for someone passionate about building great teams.

• 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or coordination role, ideally in a fast-paced tech or hardware environment

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to juggle many moving parts

• Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with a candidate-first mindset

• Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)

• Discreet, professional, and trustworthy with sensitive information

• Passion for building great teams and enabling great hiring

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000
