Recruiter, All Functions

Since its founding in 2015, 1X has been at the forefront of developing advanced humanoid robots designed for household use. Our mission is to create an abundant supply of labor via safe, intelligent humanoids. At 1X, you’ll own critical roles and have agency to innovate and improve in any and all talent processes and be rewarded based on merit and achievement.

We are looking for recruiters of all levels to help scale our company across Software Engineering, AI, & High Volume. In this role, you’ll run full-cycle recruitment and partner directly with functional leaders to find and attract exceptional talent.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles and functions

• Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to define hiring needs and candidate profiles

• Draft and refine clear, compelling job descriptions

• Proactively source candidates through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and events

• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance

• Coordinate and improve interview processes, tools, and feedback loops for consistency and efficiency

• Collaborate with People Operations and HR to support and scale recruiting programs and systems

• Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives across relevant channels

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced or high-growth environments

• Proven success sourcing and closing candidates in competitive talent markets

• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills across technical and non-technical roles

• Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability

• Strategic and creative thinker who continuously evaluates and improves recruiting approaches

• Experience recruiting in technology, hardware, robotics, or related industries is a plus

• Exposure to employer branding, talent marketing, or community engagement is preferred

Compensation

At 1X your work and results will be rewarded with a total rewards package consisting of a base salary, stock options and benefits. Base salary range is $110,000 to $186,000. Your actual salary will be based on your knowledge, skills and experience.
