Role Overview

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead day‑to‑day operations on the factory floor for our humanoid robot production lines. You will manage staff, enforce quality and safety standards, and drive continuous improvements so that throughput and efficiency targets are met at scale.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct production staff: assign tasks, monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback

• Coordinate workflow to ensure daily production goals and quality standards are met

• Enforce and monitor quality control procedures to minimize defects

• Promote and maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and encouraging safe practices

• Troubleshoot issues in production, equipment, or staffing to keep operations running

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives

• Train, mentor, and develop new and existing team members

• Communicate production status, report on key performance indicators to management

• Support cross‑functional collaboration to resolve production bottlenecks or resource constraints

• Proven experience supervising production or manufacturing teams

• Strong operational judgment, ability to coordinate workflow and resources

• Experience in quality control and defect reduction

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues under pressure

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Knowledge of safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and best practices for manufacturing environments

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving tech/manufacturing setting
