    The Job
    Own the recruiting machine. Schedule interviews like clockwork, fix broken processes, keep candidates thrilled. Be the force multiplier for every hire.

    What You’ll Do

    • Low latency interview scheduling, zero lost time, zero no-shows

    • Partner with recruiters + managers: seamless from ping to offer

    • Spot ops gaps, build tools/fixes—cut cycle time

    • Train + mentor coordinators; own the playbook & build the process

    • Keep ATS spotless: data, reports, audits

    • Handle chaos: last-min swaps, conflicts, curveballs

    • Be the candidate whisperer—clear, pro, always on

    Job requirements

    • 7+ yrs coordination ops in tech/hardware recruiting

    • Master juggler: calendars, stakeholders, details

    • Candidate-obsessed communicator

    • Google Workspace/Slack/ATS ninja

    • Discrete, proactive fixer

    • 100% onsite, no exceptions

    Benefits & Compensation

    • $90k–$115k + health/401k/PTO
