Inventory Specialist, Supply Chain / Materials
Location: San Carlos, Palo Alto, Hayward (on‑site)

Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Swing Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Role Summary
Maintain accurate inventory of parts and materials to support high-precision manufacturing operations. This role ensures materials are received, stored, and issued properly to keep production efficient and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying part numbers, quantities, and condition.

• Store inventory in designated areas with proper labeling and traceability.

• Pick and kit materials for production orders according to BOMs.

• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies through root cause analysis.

• Track shelf life and maintain FIFO rotation for sensitive parts.

• Record inventory transactions in ERP systems and issue material to work orders.

• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain 5S standards in storage areas.

• Support continuous improvement efforts to increase inventory accuracy and reduce loss.

• Experience in inventory control, materials handling, or manufacturing environments.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Skilled in cycle counting, reconciliation, and documentation.

• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.

• Knowledge of material handling and FIFO practices.

• Hands-on, reliable, and able to maintain clean, organized workspaces.

• Effective communicator and team collaborator.

• Dependable and committed to process improvement.

Compensation & Benefits
