Role Overview
As the Head of Partnerships, you will lead the strategic relationships that bring humanoid robots into the labor market at scale. Reporting to the EVP of Sales & Operations, you will work closely with executive teams at major corporations to design, pilot, and expand humanoid workforce programs. Your work will bridge 1X's technical capabilities with tangible business value, playing a key role in driving broad adoption of robotic labor.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a partnership strategy that positions 1X as the preferred source of robotic labor

  • Identify and close large-scale deployment programs with Fortune 500 partners in people-dense environments

  • Design commercial structures that reflect operational realities and scale predictably

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align deployments with technical readiness and roadmap priorities

  • Lead partners through every phase of adoption, from design to execution

  • Represent 1X with credibility to executive leadership and boards of global enterprises

  • Recruit and develop a lean, high-impact partnerships team

Job requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in enterprise partnerships, corporate development, or strategic sales

  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with Fortune 500 enterprises

  • Strong understanding of operational systems and the integration of new technologies

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive-level presence

  • Ability to transition fluidly between technical detail and commercial strategy

  • Relentless drive, bias for action, and comfort operating in ambiguity

  • Deep belief in the mission to make humanoid labor real, safe, and scalable

  • Salary Range: $200,000 - $240,000 + equity
