    Role Overview

    We are seeking a versatile and highly driven Global Supply Manager (GSM) to lead sourcing and supplier strategy across Infrastructure, Construction, Facilities, CAPEX equipment, and IT categories.

    This role is designed for a sourcing leader who can operate comfortably at both strategic and executional levels owning category strategy while staying hands on in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment. You will manage a team of sourcing specialists, build and scale supplier ecosystems, and support critical infrastructure, facility buildouts, and technology programs that enable 1X’s rapid growth.

    Category & Sourcing Strategy

    • Own sourcing across Construction, Facilities, CAPEX, Software, and IT, driving category strategy and supplier selection.

    • Lead RFP/RFQ processes, negotiations, and total cost analysis to optimize cost, risk, and performance.

    Vendor & Stakeholder Management

    • Build and manage supplier relationships across construction, facilities, IT, and software vendors.

    • Partner with Facilities, Engineering, IT, Legal, and Finance to align sourcing plans with project timelines and budgets.

    Execution and Operations

    • Lead sourcing for CAPEX equipment and infrastructure programs, supporting facility buildouts and construction schedules.

    • Own PO lifecycle management, KPIs, and sourcing compliance across assigned categories.

    Job requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in Global Supply Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.

    • Proven experience sourcing across construction, Facilities, CAPEX/equipment, and/or IT categories.

    • Demonstrated ability to own sourcing end-to-end (strategy/ supplier selection/negotiation/ contract).

    • Experience managing or mentoring small teams.

    • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, startup-style environment.
