We are seeking a motivated Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with hands-on electrical or electronics assembly experience who want to work in a high-tech manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for assembling, routing, and connecting wiring and electronic components for advanced humanoid robots, following detailed work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble and route electrical wiring harnesses, connectors, and cable assemblies.

  • Install and connect sensors, motors, PCBs, and other electronic hardware.

  • Install fasteners, bearings, shafts, linkages, and other hardware.

  • Follow detailed work instructions, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

  • Perform basic continuity tests and visual inspections for quality assurance.

  • Use crimpers, wire strippers, soldering tools, and other hand tools safely and effectively.

  • Handle and install small electrical components with care and precision.

  • Follow all safety procedures, including ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling and PPE requirements.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.

  • Work collaboratively to meet production targets and deadlines.

  • Communicate any issues, defects, or delays to leads, supervisors, or quality staff.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2+ years experience in electrical or electronics assembly, manufacturing, or related production environment.

  • Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions.

  • Comfortable using hand tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, and soldering irons.

  • Basic knowledge of ESD-safe handling procedures.

  • Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills for precision work.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform hands-on work for extended periods.

  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Our HQ is in Palo Alto, CA. This role is based in Hayward, CA.
